All of Oxygenshells TOS/AUP/SLA apply to Dedicated Servers, IF there is ANY questions please email and if there is an error on our behalf it will be corrected.
IRC:
Oxygenshell offers four types of packages. Oxygenshell 100 and 200 are NOT
allowed ANY IRC Access and if found running on irc ports your server will be
terminated without prior notice.
Suspension/De-Activation:
If any terms or conditions are failed to be followed it will result in grounds
for account suspension or de-activation. Oxygenshell reserves the right to
remove any account without prior notice.
